EXCESS ”THE FATAL TOUCH” (1990)

I love french 80’s metal, although I don’t understand one single word they’re singing. Much like my love for South American, USSR and former Eastern bloc Europe metal.

Now here we have a french band that sing in English and might have one of the worst covers in metal history. The band formed in 1983 in Bourges, Centre-Val de Loire, France. They released 2 demo tapes, 2 full-length album (1986, 1990) and their final release was an EP in 1992. Then silence!

The album is really good, and I would put it at GREAT rating. I have some problem with the singers voice, but I guess I got used to it after a couple of songs!
