Peter Brabbs, an original member of NWOBHM band Tank, passed away July 5, 2025 at the age of 68. Brabbs was a member of Tank from 1980 to 1983, having participated in the recordings of the first three classic NWOBHM albums. the band's album, "Filth Hounds of Hades"(1982),"Power of the Hunter” (1982) and “This Means War” (1983). In addition to Peter Brabbs, the band’s original lineup included bassist/vocalist Algy Ward – who died in 2023 – and drummer Mark Brabbs, his brother.
