Tommy: This photo was taken in 1986, the Death and Insanity era. It was taken in the stairwell leading up to my third story apartment on Northern Avenue, Atlanta GA. I don't remember the photographer! If any one knows, please inform me so I can credit him. The photo is now part a poster that comes with the latest vinyl remaster of Death and Insanity.
