TRYCKVÅG (SWE) "DEMO 1982" [DEMO TAPE]

Genre: Heavy Metal Year: 1982 Country: Sweden Info: Tryckvåg (English: Shock wave) a Hard Rock/Heavy Metal band from Mora, Sweden. Quite successful in the province of Dalarna during the 1980's. The members moved to Stockholm in the mid 80's to make it big, but instead split up and drifted off to other constellations and bands. Höglund and Broman co-founded Great King Rat and 'Attaque' joined the band Mogg, which Broman was also briefly a member of, and left for Los Angeles fame. After putting Great King Rat on ice, Höglund joined UK stadium rockers Thunder in 1993 and Broman replaced Niclas Sigevall as the new drummer in Electric Boys. 
Notes: This is great early F.W.O.S.H.M. stuff with great riffs, really good songs, sound quality and also some corny lyrics ("In a Dream" actually makes me blush because of it's corniness). Highly recommended!
