Background: Creem writer Jaan Uhelszki, as part of a feature article titled "I Was On Stage With KISS In My Maiden Form Bra", got up on stage wearing a guitar which was unplugged and performed the majority of "Rock And Roll All Nite" with the band as the unofficial "5th Member Of KISS". Uhelszki wore the collage make-up design from the back cover of the Hotter Than Hell album.
